Summary of Specifications:
A. PURPOSE – The County Commissioners of Okaloosa County, Florida (“the Owner”) requests proposals from firms with the experience, capabilities, and qualified available staff to provide Project Management as oversight for the Okaloosa County Judicial Annex.
B. PROJECT OBJECTIVES – This project will consist of prominent 3-story building, estimated at 83,000 sq. ft.) in Okaloosa County and will potentially be under intense scrutiny by public officials, the media and the citizens. It is imperative that it be managed, designed and constructed with the utmost regard to cost, schedule and quality control by all participants. There is a clear expectation by the County Commissioners and citizens that the project construction and operating costs are efficient and effective. The integrity, reputation, skills and performance of the Project Manager must be of the highest caliber to maintain confidence in the Project Team.
The Project Manager will work closely with the Architect and the Construction Manager in coordinating the master program for the project.
