Summary of Specifications:
Okaloosa County Water and Sewer (OCWS) is seeking a qualified contractor for the removal and replacement of the metal roof on the warehouse located at 1808 Lewis Turner Blvd., Fort Walton Beach, FL 32547. The qualified respondent must provide all labor, materials, permits and equipment necessary to perform metal roof replacement. The replacement includes sky lights, insulation, and new commercial grade metal, Fiberglass Reinforced Panel (FRP) skylights, gutters and downspouts. Once project is underway and if issues arise that are not addressed in the specifications, the designated representative of Okaloosa County and selected respondent will mutually agree on procedure to be used. These changes to construction shall be by a change order which is agreed to and executed by the parties.
