Summary of Specifications:
The project consists of all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion the work shown on the plans and described in these specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following: Milling and overlay of existing asphalt pavement, construction of new asphalt pavement, excavation and embankment, construction of stormwater facilities, construction of taxiway edge lights and circuits, and soil stabilization.
