RFB-47-10 - Remodeling Interior of the Crestview Health Dept

Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this bid is to enter into contract with a contractor to remodel the interior of the Crestview Health Department for the Okaloosa County Health Department. 

1. Contractor will provide all labor, materials (except paint and tiles), supplies and supervision to remodel the interior of the Crestview Health Department at the Crestview site of the Okaloosa County Health Department. 

2. Bidders will be required to meet any/all County codes and provide all required permits (if any). 

3. All proposed systems should be secure and tamper proof. 

4. Any damage to the facility caused by attachment of hardware or installation will be the responsibility of the contractor to repair.
