Summary of Specifications:
Project consists of directional & cased bores for water mains and sewage force mains along and across U. S. Hwy. 90 east of Crestview and along the proposed extension of Airmen's Memorial Drive. Also included in the project are conduits for future fiber optic cables. The piping is to be pressure tested in accordance with the specifications. The piping is to also be flushed and cleaned. No bacteriological testing will be required under this contract.
