Summary of Specifications:
This Request for Bids will combine the rehabilitation and improvements of two separate stormwater management ponds under one construction contract. The work for both sites will include clearing and grubbing, demolition of old structures, regarding of existing ponds, new structures, fencing and landscaping. Work included under this contract shall include all labor, permits, and materials required for performing all work necessary to complete the construction of the Tanglewood/Overbrook Stormwater Grant Project in Okaloosa County.
