Summary of Specifications:
Okaloosa County(Hereafter Know as County) is requesting bids from qualified firms to print and mail utility bills and occasionally letters or notices for Okaloosa County Water& Sewer (hereafter known as OCWS). The Qualified firms is to provide custom bill design, printing, inserting, and mailing. Other services such as electronic billing and payment options will also be considered in review and award of the firm.
