RFQ-DU-CS2013-01 - Alley Repaving Project

Summary of Specifications:
Quotes are requested for furnishing the services and material described in the Okaloosa Gas District Alley Repaving Project; Site Development Plans prepared 9 August 2012. This project is being conducted with the approval of the City of Valparaiso. Quotes must be in accordance with applicable terms, conditions and specifications as set forth herein without any modification, change or alterations to any terms, conditions or provisions of this solicitation, unless specifically approved in writing by the District. The desired start date for this project is 15 April 2013. The required Indemnification and Hold Harmless Agreement for the City of Valparaiso along with the required Certificates of Insurance identifying the City of Valparaiso as an additional insured must be delivered before a notice to proceed will be released by the City Administrator for this project. The notice to proceed will be directed to Okaloosa Gas District and the successful vendor.
