RFP-OP2014-01 - Integrated AMI/AMR System, Associated Equipment and Services

Summary of Specifications:
Okaloosa Gas District (the “District”) is seeking proposals for an integrated Advanced Meter Reading Infrastructure (AMI) and Automated Meter Reading (AMR) solution that includes associated hardware, software, implementation, training and on-going support. Proposals must present a solution which will deliver a fixed-based AMI network for complete territory coverage that allows meter installation flexibility throughout the District’s territory by capturing meter readings. Proposers must provide a list of successful AMI & AMR projects within the State of Florida that are one year or older. Vendors submitting proposals must have a minimum of 10 years’ experience with meter reading systems and be thoroughly knowledgeable in encoder meter and radio frequency AMI & AMR technology.
