Okaloosa Gas District is seeking bids from qualified and licensed contractors to construct a parking lot at the Okaloosa Gas District headquarters facility located at 364 Valparaiso Parkway, Valparaiso, Florida 32580. For additional information or clarifications, please contact Mr. David Underwood, District Procurement Official, at (850) 729-4824. Firms submitting bids must obtain a copy of the ITB package and examine the site improvement plans/drawings/specifications. For this project the applicable plans/drawings and specifications are defined in “Okaloosa Gas Expansion; A Commercial Development in Section 12m Township 1 South, Range 23 West, City of Valparaiso, Florida; Site Improvement Plans,” prepared for Okaloosa Gas District by Choctaw Engineering. Reference CEI Project No 1-148. These Drawings and specifications may be examined at the main Okaloosa Gas District office located at 364 Valparaiso Parkway, Valparaiso FL 32580, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday except on holidays. The drawings and specifications for this project are also available through www.blueprintsnow.net. Blueprints Now! is serving as the plan holder for this project. Costs for obtaining the plans through electronic means and/or printed copies are the responsibility of the potential bidder. The District will not be liable for any costs incurred in the preparation of bids. The District will not be responsible for any cost not included in the bid and any subsequent contracted-for costs.
