Summary of Specifications:
Okaloosa Gas District is seeking proposals to obtain a 2012A Loan for $6,260,469. The proceeds of the loans will be used to refinance its Gas System Revenue Bonds, Series 2001A. The District is seeking proposals on a fixed rate of interest only. Interest on the Loan will be excluded from gross income of the lender for federal income tax purposes. The Loan will be “bank-qualified” under Section 265 of the Internal Revenue Code, and will NOT be a private activity bond.
