RFP-CS2017-3-1 - Utility Bill Printing and Mail Services

Summary of Specifications:
Okaloosa Gas District is seeking proposals from qualified, experienced Proposers to process,print and mail natural gas utility bills from an electronically stored format. Part of the RFP process is a test of mailing time from each competitor to determine the numbers of days the United States Postal Service will take for delivery to our customers. The initial round of Proposals submitted will result in a short list selection. The mail time test will be part of the Proposal evaluation. The Proposers on the short list will receive follow on requests for information to enable a side-by-side comparison of proposals and final selection. This request for proposal effort will result in a three (3) year contract between the successful Proposer and Okaloosa Gas District. This effort does contain a "piggy back " clause allowing other local governmental entities to use this contract with District approval. The successful proposer will be required to offer the same pricing to other local governmental entities as documented in the resulting contract.
