Summary of Specifications:
Okaloosa Gas District is seeking proposals from qualified, experienced Proposers to process, print and mail natural gas utility bills from an electronically stored format. As part of this service, the District desires the Proposer will provide electronic bill presentment to our customers in the same or similar format as their mailed bill with a link to our Click2Gov™ on-line electronic payment system. This request for proposals will result in a three (3) year contract between the winning Proposer and Okaloosa Gas District.
