Description

The Pasco County Board of County Commissioners is requesting statements of qualifications from qualified Offerors experienced in providing redesign services for Anclote River Park. This Project will include new parking, new docks, dredging, new building, building renovations, and boat ramps. All Offerors must be qualified and properly registered to provide professional experience in the design of waterfront parks. Experience in boat ramp construction is a priority. The selected consultant will also be expected to have experience in dock building. There will also be some dredging of the existing waterway as part of this Project. There is a large civil aspect to this Project. The team would also be expected to have structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and architectural experience as appropriate. Responses will only be considered from those firms demonstrating the expertise and experience specified in this request.
