IFB-LK-20-209 - As Needed Furniture for Fire Stations & Offices

During the time that we are under a Local State of Emergency we are going to allow vendors to submit their bids and documents via email on or before the day and time physical bid submissions are due. This will be on a short-term basis and the Purchasing Department reserves the right to ask for original documents thereafter. All the required documents (filled out completely with signatures for Witnesses and Notary Pages) must be submitted or the bid will be deemed non-responsive. PLEASE NOTE: Bid results will not be sent via email or given over the phone as physical bid openings for the public are still taking place. If you are not in attendance, the Intent to Award be posted under the communications tab once the bids are reviewed. Please use lkostreles@pascocountyfl.net to email all bid submissions for this project.
