The Pasco County Board of County Commissioners is requesting proposals from qualified Proposers to provide automated customer notification and electronic payment acceptance and processing services, including electronic check, debit card and credit card payment processing, authorization, charge, settlement, credit, refund, and void (the “Solution”). The County’s contract with the current provider expires October 1, 2021. All Proposers must be qualified and properly registered through www.FloridaBidSystem.com to provide these services as appropriate. Responses will only be considered from those firms demonstrating the expertise and experience specified in this request.
