It is the intent of these specifications to award a contract for the removal and replacement of two (2) Central Station Air Handling Units, Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), HVAC controls, Electric Heaters and all associated work described within these specifications for the West Pasco Government Center Basement, 8731 Government Dr., New Port Richey, FL 34654. All work is to be performed according to material manufacturers’ recommendations and in accordance with these specifications and the current building and energy codes. The work shall include, but not be limited to all labor, permits, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, freight, delivery, cranes, lifts, handling, disposal, and supervision required to complete all work as indicated.

Event Note

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held February 25, 2020, @ 10:00 a.m., at the West Pasco Government Center, 8731 Government Dr., New Port Richey, FL 34654. All interested parties are required to attend. The purpose of the pre-bid conference is to allow potential bidders an opportunity to present questions to staff and obtain clarification of the requirements contained in the issued request for qualification documents. This conference will be held only once. In those instances where a mandatory pre-bid is required, failure to attend and sign in shall disqualify any bidder from submitting a bid. Attendees must be present at the start of the mandatory pre-bid conference. Arrival after the start of the mandatory pre-bid conference shall be cause for disqualification.
