The Pasco County Board of County Commissioners (BCC) is requesting statements of qualifications for ongoing as needed construction services related to Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) Pasco County (County) anticipates selecting approximately five (5) construction firms who are registered with the Florida Department of Business Regulation, prequalified with the FDOT; and holds the necessary licenses to complete the assigned scope of work. The Agreement(s) resulting from this solicitation will be non-exclusive in nature and no minimum amount of compensation or work will be guaranteed thereunder to any selected firm. The selected firms will be required to bid on of projects related to construction, maintenance, and improvement of public infrastructure facilities, each with a project budget between $5,000.00 up to a cumulative amount of $199,999.99 per task order during the term of the Agreement. The County will issue task orders to one of the selected firms based on the low bid on each individual project. The proposed term of the agreements will be for four (4) years with one (1) optional one (1) year renewal, based on the County’s discretion at the end of the initial four (4) year term. Responses will only be considered from those firms demonstrating the expertise and experience specified in this request. All Proposers must be qualified to provide construction services as described herein and must be registered as a vendor on BidNetDirect.com as discussed below.
