It is the intent of these specifications to award a contract for the removal and installation of four roll up teller windows. Stated work described within these specifications is for the Robert D. Sumner Judicial Center (RDSJC) Clerk’s office teller windows. All work is to be performed according to material manufacturer’s recommendations and in accordance with these specifications and the current local, state and national building and electrical codes. The work shall include, but not be limited to, all labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, freight, delivery, lifts, handling, disposal, and supervision required to complete all work as indicated.
