IFB-SN-22-078 - SOUTHEAST WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT IMPROVEMENTS & EXPANSION

The project consists of, but not limited to, a new headworks facility with odor control; demolishing the existing headworks facility; new biological basins and modifications to the existing biological treatment system; a new clarifier and rehabilitation of the three (3) existing clarifiers; new scum pumping system; rehabilitation of the existing RAS/WAS pump stations and new WAS pump stations; new filters and filter backwash modifications; new filter mudwell structure and rehabilitation of the existing mudwell; modifications to the sodium hypochlorite chemical feed system; new chlorine contact chambers and effluent pump station; demolition of the existing chlorine chambers; modifications of the existing high service reuse pump station; new dewatering facility (BID ALETNATE 2); new sludge holding tank and modifications to the existing sludge holding tank; expand reject pond and new reject return pump station  (BID ALERTNATE 3); modification to the in-plant return drain pump station; three (3) new electrical buildings; new blowers; new generator; new and modified controls; and other site modifications to expand the Southeast Wastewater Treatment Plant for three (3) million gallons per day (mgd) annual average daily flow (AADF0to six (6) mgd AADF.
