Description

The work consists of the construction of a parking facility and a stormwater treatment area. The work includes, but not limited to constructing approximately 35,700 ft² (.82 of an acre) of concrete/asphalt parking area to accommodate a minimum of one hundred (100) parking spaces with an appropriate stormwater system consisting of vegetative swales and a wet retention stormwater treatment area (STA). The STA will be designed to collect stormwater runoff from the plant, the additional improved impervious area, and provisions will be made to also include treatment for potential future impervious areas. The anticipated work is as follows:

1. Furnish, install, connect, and test all piping and underground facilities complete as shown on the drawings and specified herein.

2. Furnish, install, and test all earthwork, base material, concrete, and asphalt as shown on the drawings and specified herein.

3. Restore site grades, roadway asphalt surface, and the site to a condition that is equal to or better than the condition of the site prior to commencing construction.
