Summary of Specifications:
There will be a mandatory pre-bid conference held August 4, 2011 at 9:00 AM at the Purchasing Conference Room, Santa Rosa County School Board Administrative Support COmplex, located at 6544 Firehouse Road, Milton, FL 32570. Only those attending this conference will be allowed to submit a bid. The main purpose of this bid is to set pricing for roofing repair jobs of any size. The winning bidder must be located within a 50 mile radius of Milton, FL due to the need for immediate response. Bids from Bidders located outside of the fifty mile radius of Milton, FL will not be considered. The agreement resulting from this bid is to meet the roofing repair needs of Santa Rosa County School District for a five year period. Please down load documents for specifications and directions.
