Mandatory Pre-proposal Conference: Detailed information will be discussed at a MANDATORY pre-proposal conference to be held Tuesday at 9:00 AM, August 23, 2005 , at the Purchasing Conference Room, Santa Rosa County School Board Administrative Support Complex, 6544 Firehouse Road, Milton, and FL. 32570. The first 5 minutes of the conference will be for distribution of documentation and for vendor sign in. Vendors must arrive on time to be allowed to participate in the conference. Those arriving after the 5 minute sign in period will not be allowed to participate. Additional information may be downloaded from Bidnet.
