Description

The Santa Rosa County School District is seeking services for Fire Suppression System Inspections & Maintenance on a quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basis for a firm fixed price contract to inspect fire suppression systems and perform the necessary follow up maintenance from inspection results. Backflow preventers are included in this bid only if it is tied in directly to the fire sprinkler system. If the sprinkler system is tied into the school’s potable water system, the backflow preventers are not part of this bid. There is a document noted as "attachment A" to include the pricing for each inspection interval, wet/dry system future additions, and a line item under pricing to add labor rates for maintenance.
