Summary of Specifications:

The Santa Rosa County School District request bids for a general carpentry services on a as needed basis. This bid is for a licensed contractor with multi-trade abilities and a minimum 5-year verifiable successful experience in all trades listed.

Mandatory Pre-bid Conference: Detailed information will be discussed at a MANDATORY pre-bid conference to be held at 9:00AM, November 1, 2005 , at the Purchasing Conference Room, Santa Rosa County School Board Administrative Support Complex, 6544 Firehouse Road, Milton, and FL. 32570. The first 5 minutes of the conference will be for distribution of documentation and for vendor sign in. Vendors must arrive on time to be allowed to participate in the conference. Those arriving after the 5 minute sign in period will not be allowed to participate.
