The Santa Rosa County School Board, Milton Florida, solicits your company to submit a proposal on “RFP 18-12 Security System Monitoring, Maintenance and Repair” as listed in this proposal request. All terms and conditions below are a part of this proposal request. No proposals will be accepted unless these terms and conditions have been met. Monitoring of all fifty-four (54) Santa Rosa County School District security alarm account/systems and providing time and material maintenance-repairs on all systems. Note: Some locations have two or more control/communicator panels. To the best of the School District’s knowledge Security Control types in service include but may not be limited to: Sentrol/Moose Z1100E, Sentrol/Moose Z1100 system I, Sentrol/Moose Z900, Sentrol/Moose Z700, DTI Security DSS 550, DSC 832, Guardware EE-6 (local alarm), invonics FA400 wireless system (local Alarm). Reporting zones per account vary from 4 to 16 with an average of 8.6 zones per account. It is the responsibility of the contractor to verify all information, there is no assurance as to the accuracy of the information provided above.
