Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this bid is to establish a 5 year contract for Student Photos and Senior Portraits for the Santa Rosa School District. Detailed information will be discussed at a MANDATORY pre-proposal conference to be held at 10:30AM, February 7, 2003, at the upstairs conference room in the Maintenance Building, Santa Rosa County School Board Administrative Support Complex, 6544 Firehouse Road, Milton, FL 32570. The first 5 minutes of the conference will be for distribution of documentation and for vendor sign in. Vendors must arrive on time to be allowed to participate in the conference. Those arriving after the 5 minutes sign in period will not be allowed to participate.
