Description

Santa Fe College’s Department of Facilities Construction is solicitng statements of qualifications for Construction Management Services for the Automotive Technology and Training Center at Santa Fe’s Blount Center campus, located in downtown Gainesville. The construction manager selected will provide preconstruction and construction management services for renovation, remodel, and/or addition to a facility of approximately 20,000 GSF. The program consists of classroom and lab suites applying the latest technology in the automotive repair industry and computer lab, library, study, tool and equipment storage, spare part, and storage spaces necessary to support the career and technical education. Design begins in November 2024 with construction completion in 2026.

Construction Managers interested in providing these services shall submit one (1) electronic copy and one (1) original spiral, comb, or perfect bound 8-1/2” x 11” paper copy of their qualification package with the elements below. The electronic copy shall be an Adobe PDF file submited either on a USB flash drive (with your paper copy) or through the BidNet platform (paper copy still required). Qualification packages shall be submited to Santa Fe College through BidNet and/or in one sealed package clearly marked on the outside with: “RFQ #06-25F Construction Management Services for the Automotive Technology Training Center, Close Date & Time: 11/6/24 at 2:00pm.”
