RFQ# 23-24-01 - Design Build Services for Building D on the Sanford/Lake Mary Campus

The District Board of Trustees (“Board”) of Seminole State College of Florida (“College”) located at 100 Weldon Boulevard, Sanford, Florida 32773, in accordance with Florida Statute 287.055 is accepting sealed qualifications (“Statement of Qualifications”) from the College’s current Prequalified Contractors in response to this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) for Design Build Services for D Building on the Sanford/Lake Mary Campus.

The contracted Firm will work in consult with College faculty, administration and staff, who will outline academic program needs for the building and advise on the College’s design, operational and maintenance standards. The Firm will integrate these needs into a design package to be approved by the College and will provide full construction services from planning through project closeout.
