Summary of Specifications:
The existing structure is served by three DXEDPAC computer units that discharge supply air into a raised floor plenum. These units will be replaced on a phased construction schedule with two dual source (chill water primary and DX secondary) computer room units. New chill water piping and controls will be connected into the existing building chilled water distribution system. New refrigerant piping will be installed and routed to two new condensing units located on the exterior of the building.
