PURPOSE

The intent of this design-build project is to build a pre-engineered metal storage facility for use by the Small Business Development Center to store two Mobile Business Assistance RV’s.

SCOPE OF WORK

The Contractor for this design-build project is required to furnish the final design, obtain plan approval, applicable Department of Environmental Protection approvals, install a reinforced concrete pad, permit and construct a pre-engineered storage facility. See specs located on the project plans. This storage unit will be used to store two SBDC Mobile Business Assistance RV’s.
