If you are not able to provide one or more of the above items exactly as specified, please indicate the Item # for the product that is unavailable, explain the issue, specify what you are proposing to substitute in its place, and note the Bid Price for the substituted item. The Bid Price for the substituted item should also be included in the table above on the line for the product that is unavailable. Vizcaya shall determine at its sole discretion whether to permit substitutions and shall evaluate and negotiate responses to this RFQ accordingly.
