Vizcaya is soliciting for a vendor to provide labor, equipment and materials in emergency preparedness possibly to include but not limited to distribution of sandbags, relocation of specific potted plants and site furniture, and installation of owner-provided Armor screen and/or Tiger Dam or related products. Similarly, Vizcaya is soliciting for a vendor to provide labor, equipment, and materials in emergency response possibly to include but not limited to removal/relocation/storage of emergency preparation items; clearing the area; removing debris; pumping flood water or sewage; providing generators, air movers, air scrubbers, portable HVAC units, dehumidifiers, portable restrooms, or dumpsters; cleaning including mold remediation; and emergency or recovery related projects. While Vizcaya envisions the main purpose of this contract to be hurricane related, this contract is for any storm, fire, natural disaster or related insured losses. VMGTI desires a twenty-four (24) hour response time (or less), wherein a company representative arrives on site for evaluation and/or possible execution of services if those can be determined in advance of arrival. Services are to be provided at Vizcaya Museum and Gardens, located at 3250 and 3251 South Miami Avenue (and if requested on small parcels across the street from these properties north of SE and SW 32nd Road), Miami, Florida 33129.
