The Cherokee County Board of Commissioners Purchasing Department (County) is requesting competitive sealed proposals to provide a comprehensive, cloud-based Recreation Management Software system in support of the Cherokee Recreation and Parks Agency (CRPA). The solution will support multiple functionalities, including program registration, payment processing, point-of-sale (POS) operations, league management, facility reservations, and integration with the PlayCherokee.org website. This procurement is intended to replace an expiring contract, with a desired go-live before September 25, 2025.
