RFP 2021-0011 - Multi-Modal Evaluation of Residential Streets in Ward 1

The City of Douglasville is dedicated to improving the quality of life for its citizens by means of increasing multi-modal opportunities for residents and visitors. Recently, the City of Douglasville adopted a city-wide bicycle and pedestrian connectivity plan which categorically prioritized multi-modal projects.

This evaluation would take the plan a step forward in identifying and providing cost estimates for specific residential multi-modal projects for Ward 1 (to be referred to as the “Study Area”) of the City of Douglasville.

The project should identify, prioritize, and provide a detailed cost estimate for proposed residential multi-modal projects located within the Study Area. The intent of this project is to provide the City of Douglasville with a prioritized list of residential sidewalk and bike facility recommendations in the Study Area.
