The City of Fayetteville invites any entity (Developers, Contractors, Non-Profit, For-Profit, Public, Private), to submit a proposal to purchase or lease the current City Hall building located at 240 Glynn Street South, Fayetteville, GA 30214 and create a high-quality development that contributes to the vitality of the current City Hall building and the emerging downtown mixed-use district.
Sealed proposals will be received at the Office of the City Manager, located at 240 Glynn Street South, Fayetteville, Georgia, 30214 until 2:00 P.M., Friday, December 4, 2020 at which time, proposals will be opened and publicly read. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive formalities.
Instructions for preparation and submission of the proposal are contained on the City of Fayetteville’s website. Any changes to the conditions and specifications for this RFP must be in the form of a written addendum to be valid; therefore, the City will issue a written addendum to document all approved changes. Any proposal submitted which does not acknowledge the receipt of an addendum will not be considered.
