The City of Fayetteville is requesting interested qualified firms of certified public accountants that are currently licensed in the State of Georgia and have experience with municipal clients to submit proposals to provide auditing services for the City of Fayetteville.
All sealed proposals shall be submitted to the attention of Carleetha Talmadge, Assistant Director of Finance, the City of Fayetteville, 240 Glynn Street South Fayetteville, GA 30214 by Friday, February 26, 2021 by 2:00 pm at which time, proposals will be opened and publicly read. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive formalities.
Due to COVID-19 concerns, proposals may be submitted via e-mail to ctalmadge@fayetteville-ga.gov. Complete proposals should be submitted in Portable Document Format (.pdf). with the e-mail subject listing PROPOSAL FOR AUDITING SERVICES.
All proposals should contain the firm’s name, mailing address and telephone number in the e-mail.
Instructions for preparation and submission of the proposal are contained on the City of Fayetteville’s website, https://fayetteville-ga.gov/government/bids-and-rfps/active-solicitations/. Any changes to the conditions and specifications for this RFP must be in the form of a written addendum to be valid; therefore, the City will issue a written addendum to document all approved changes. Any proposal submitted which does not acknowledge the receipt of an addendum will not be considered.
