The City of Fayetteville is requesting proposals for banking services as described in this Request for Proposal (RFP) for an initial one-year period with the option to renew for four additional one-year terms. The purpose of this RFP is to provide for the benefit of the City the most cost effective and efficient banking services available.
All sealed proposals shall be submitted to the attention of Carleetha Talmadge, Assistant Director of Finance, the City of Fayetteville, 240 Glynn Street South Fayetteville, GA 30214 by Tuesday, February 16, 2021 by 2:00 pm at which time, proposals will be opened and publicly read. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive formalities.
Due to COVID-19 concerns, proposals may be submitted via e-mail to ctalmadge@fayetteville-ga.gov. Complete proposals should be submitted in Portable Document Format (.pdf). with the e-mail subject listing PROPOSAL FOR BANKING SERVICES.
All proposals should contain the firm’s name, mailing address and telephone number in the e-mail.
Instructions for preparation and submission of the proposal are contained on the City of Fayetteville’s website, https://fayetteville-ga.gov/government/bids-and-rfps/active-solicitations/. Any changes to the conditions and specifications for this RFP must be in the form of a written addendum to be valid; therefore, the City will issue a written addendum to document all approved changes. Any proposal submitted which does not acknowledge the receipt of an addendum will not be considered.
