The intent of this invitation is to obtain Statements of Qualification from qualified licensed vendors to provide day-to-day facilities, equipment, and vehicle maintenance services and repairs for the various City facilities, buildings, equipment, and vehicles on a renewable annual contract basis.
It is the intention of City of Fayetteville to obtain a maintenance supplier to provide preventative maintenance services and repairs for City buildings, facilities, equipment, and vehicles including, but not limited to, facility lighting inside and out, facility ventilation systems and equipment, process exhaust fans on the roof, coolant system, coolant reclamation system, waste oil storage system, HVAC equipment for the building, offices, etc., all refrigerant containing equipment (chillers & A/C), fans, overhead and man doors, cafeteria equipment, distribution piping for compressed air, domestic water, sprinkler head replacements, coolants; facility plumbing including sinks, urinals, wash basins, etc. The City may add or remove locations as required; cost for new location(s) shall be negotiated as required.
Statements of Qualification for Facilities Maintenance Services for the City of Fayetteville shall be emailed to ctalmadge@fayetteville-ga.gov until 2:00 P.M., Thursday, October 21, 2021. Request for Qualifications does not apply to a “Public Opening” and all vendor information will be opened and reviewed upon receipt. Submittals received after the expiration date may not be considered.
Instructions for preparation and submission of the RFQ can be found on the City’s website, https://fayetteville-ga.gov/government/bids-and-rfps/active-solicitations/. Any changes to the conditions and specifications for this RFQ must be in the form of a written addendum to be valid; therefore, the City will issue a written addendum to document all approved changes. Any packages submitted which does not acknowledge the receipt of an addendum will not be considered.
