The City of Fayetteville, GA will accept sealed proposals from qualified firms for the purpose of completing the Livable Centers Initiative (LCI) Study for the City of Fayetteville.
Sealed proposals for the Livable Centers Initiative (LCI) Study for the City of Fayetteville will be received at the Office of Finance & Administrative Services located at 240 South Glynn Street, Fayetteville, GA 30214 until 2:00 P.M., Monday, October 12, 2020 at which time, proposals will be opened and publicly read. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive formalities.
Instructions for preparation and submission of the proposal can be found on the City’s website, https://fayetteville-ga.gov/government/bids-and-rfps/active-solicitations/. Any changes to the conditions and specifications for this RFP must be in the form of a written addendum to be valid; therefore, the City will issue a written addendum to document all approved changes. Any proposal submitted which does not acknowledge the receipt of an addendum will not be considered.
