The City of Fayetteville, GA will accept sealed proposals from qualified firms for professional services related to the operations, maintenance and management for water treatment and distribution, wastewater treatment and collection system for the City of Fayetteville.
Firms proposing to furnish such professional services are requested to submit a statement of their qualifications, experience, and the names, addresses, and telephone numbers of at least five (5) references.
All proposals shall be submitted to the attention of Carleetha Talmadge, Assistant Director of Finance, the City of Fayetteville, 240 Glynn Street South Fayetteville, GA 30214 by Thursday September 3, 2020 by 2:00 pm. Request for Qualifications does not apply to a “Public Opening” and all vendor information will be opened and reviewed upon receipt. Submittals received after the expiration date may not be considered.

Due to COVID-19 concerns, proposals may be submitted via e-mail to ctalmadge@fayetteville-ga.gov. Complete proposals should be submitted in Portable Document Format (.pdf). with the e-mail subject listing PROPOSAL FOR O&M SERVICES.

All proposals should contain the firm’s name, mailing address and telephone number in the e-mail.
Instructions for preparation and submission of the RFQ can be found on the City’s website, https://fayetteville-ga.gov/government/bids-and-rfps/active-solicitations/. Any changes to the conditions and specifications for this RFQ must be in the form of a written addendum to be valid; therefore, the City will issue a written addendum to document all approved changes. Any packages submitted which does not acknowledge the receipt of an addendum will not be considered.
