The City of Fayetteville is requesting sealed proposals from qualified firms for Utility Bill Printing and Mailing services. All proposals shall be submitted to the Office of Finance & Administrative Services, located at 210 Stonewall Avenue W, Fayetteville, Georgia, 30214 until 2:00 P.M., Thursday, June 09, 2022 at which time, proposals will be opened and publicly read. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive formalities.
Instructions for preparation and submission of the proposal are contained on the City of Fayetteville’s website, https://fayetteville-ga.gov/government/bids-and-rfps/active-solicitations/. Any changes to the conditions and specifications for this RFP must be in the form of a written addendum to be valid; therefore, the City will issue a written addendum to document all approved changes. Any proposal submitted which does not acknowledge the receipt of an addendum will not be considered.
