Each Bidder is required to attend a Mandatory Pre-Bid/Proposal Conference scheduled for the 13th of July at 11:00a.m at the City Council Chambers. A site tour is scheduled immediately following the Pre-Bid/Proposal Conference from 12pm-2pm. All Conferences will be held at City of Forest Park City Hall 745 Forest Parkway, Forest Park, GA 30297.

Only one Bidder will be selected. Each Bidder may submit a bid for each project for Janitorial Services (1A and 1B) but can only win one. If a Bidder is the lowest on each bid, they must choose which project they prefer. The next lowest Bidder will be awarded the project which was not selected.
