Description

The City of Forest Park, Georgia seeks to secure Request for Proposals (“RFP”) from qualified proponent(s) to provide Home Repair Program Services. The work includes, but is not limited to, providing program management and administration services for an owner-occupied home and/or duplex repair program in a manner that is satisfactory to the City of Forest Park and is in compliance with the Federal Poverty Guidelines and ARPA regulations. The American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) of 2021 appropriated funds that local municipalities could use to aid Disproportionately Impacted Households and Communities. Such improvements will increase the lifespan of the City's housing stock, work to address systemic housing inequities, and stabilize home values for the neighborhood and the residents, who were significantly impacted during the Great Recession and COVID-19 pandemic.

Proposal Deadline: All sealed proposals submitted must be delivered to the City of Forest Park no later than 2:00 p.m. on March 30, 2023. Proposals may be hand delivered prior to the submission deadline at the address noted above at City Hall.

Each Proponent must submit one (1) original and two (2) copies of its proposal. Each Proponent must also submit their Cost Proposal in a separate sealed envelope.
