Description

This project is for construction of operational improvements at the Ellard Drive / Barnwell Road and SR 140 / Holcomb Bridge Road intersection. The project consists of raising the grade of Barnwell Road while adding a second southbound left turn lane, a dedicated southbound right turn lane, and pedestrian facilities along the west side of Barnwell Road. The project includes construction of a pedestrian bridge to the west of the existing roadway bridge over Hogan Creek. In addition, Fulton County water line upgrades are included in the bid quantities.

All work shall be constructed according to the Construction Plans and are made part of the contract by reference.
