Additional Bidding Instructions

Offerors will scan and upload all required documents of the RFQ and licenses in one PDF into BidNet. Then Offeror shall upload 1 PDF of their firm's technical proposal into BidNet. REMINDER: Firm's are also required to submit 6 hard copies of their technical proposal and 1 hard copy of required docuements and forms to City Hall no later than January 28, 2021 2:00 PM ET. Firms who do not submit both a electronic proposal through BidNet and hard copies to will be disqualified and not considered for evaluation.
