20-223 - Town Center Master Plan

The City of Johns Creek seeks to engage the services of a qualified firm to initiate and complete a Town Center Master Plan in the context of Johns Creek’s unique characteristics. The Town Center Master Plan will establish land use, linear park design, street and multi-modal networks, and streetscape and architectural design standards to create a sense of place that would be commensurate with the scale and quality of the City, as well as guide the private sector in the amenities and character desired by the community. The City believes that an assortment of housing types combined with retail and dining destinations and public spaces, connected by a complete street program promoting walkability will create a lifelong live-work-play community.

The Town Center Master Plan must be consistent and compatible with the prevailing suburban, neighborhood residential character in mass, scale and style, rather than an urban downtown. This project must be completed within fourteen (14) months after contract award.
