Description

The City of Milton is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to provide architectural design services of a new Fire Station 42. The City is proposing to replace the existing Fire Station 42 with a new station located at 15240 Thompson Road in Milton, Georgia. The existing facility and site infrastructure will be totally demolished.

The City may consider use of LEED standards and certification during the preliminary design, and the Consultant will be asked to make recommendations and to provide cost differentials for consideration and approval.

The City of Milton reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technicalities and informalities, and to make award in the best interest of the City of Milton.
