Description

The City of Milton is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to provide architectural services for a renovation project of the former Milton Country Club Activity Area.

The project consists of the Phase 1 renovation as defined in the Active Acres Masterplan for the former Milton Country Club clubhouse into a community facility for the Parks & Recreation Department. The design shall be in conformance with the preliminary concept developed, and as approved by the Milton City Council.

Work will include, but not be limited to, the enclosed Bid Packages that will be utilized for Design Bid Build (DBB) construction procurement.

The City of Milton reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technicalities and informalities, and to make award in the best interest of the City of Milton.
