The City of Milton is accepting sealed bids from qualified firms for the Birmingham Equestrian Parking Improvements for the Public Works Department in conformance with Title 32, Chapter 4, Article 4, Part 2 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated. All work will be done in accordance with Georgia Department of Transportation’s (GDOT) Standard Drawings, Standard Specifications (current edition), and Pay Items Index as standards and specifications for the construction and completion of the work required. All bidders must comply with all general and special requirements of the bid information and instructions enclosed herein. To bid on this contract, the Contractor must be listed on the current Georgia Department of Transportation Pre-Qualified Contractors list. No exceptions.
The proposed improvements are at two locations. Birmingham Park located at 16050 Old Bullpen Rd and the Birmingham Rd @ Freemanville Rd Greenspace located across from 15655 Freemanville Rd in Milton, Georgia
All qualified bids will receive consideration without regard to age, handicap, religion, creed or belief, political affiliation, race, color, sex, or national origin.
The City of Milton reserves the right to reject any or all bid/proposals and to waive technicalities and informalities, and to make award in the best interest of the City of Milton.
